Phillip, a 10-year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a 5-year veteran of the Kern County Sheriff's Office, tragically lost his life in the line of duty. Phillip exemplified the essence of a true American hero through his service and ultimate sacrifice. The foundation's mission is to preserve his legacy by providing support to veterans, law enforcement, first responders, active military, and their families, ensuring that his service and commitment to the country endure.
